Create a real-life employee weekly report with this customizable Employee Weekly Report Template. It has a realistic photo, minimalistic template, and a classic style font. With just a few clicks you can easily edit it into a really great employee weekly report sample. Your next boss won’t think you’re lazy if you give it a try. And the best part is…it’s not expensive!
You may need to download the samples to your computer first. You may need to open the Adobe Reader to be able to view the files. For example Word may need to be installed first before copying and pasting the template contents. Some of the fonts you may need to install are Times New Roman, Arial, or Palatino Linotype. These are all generally available as part of the MS Office Suite.
After saving all the contents, go to the “View” menu on the main menu of Microsoft Word to preview the changes. If there are any changes, you will see them right away in the preview pane. In this case, your calendar is probably one of the many templates included as an employee weekly reports-free download. To change the appearance of your Calendar, select “Style” and then click “Preview”. This will display a new preview pane where you can preview the changes to the current version.

Now you have created and modified your own employee weekly report sample, but the layout seems a little off. Why is that? Because all the sections are duplicated in the report. They are not differentiated and don’t look that much different from each other. So how do you customize it? There are various ways you can make these sections look different from one another.
The first option would be to view all the sample templates for this week. When you open the preview pane, you will notice that all the project status fields are filled with the current values. So if you change one of the dates, for instance, you will immediately see the updated project status. You can also preview the contact person by changing their portrait to that of the person whom you currently do business with.
Another option would be to select the individual sample from the project view, then hover your cursor over the small “Corrections” check box and choose “Make corrections”, which will display a red check mark next to the value you wish to change. If you wish to apply the formatting to this value, you may need to press “Enter” followed by “JavaScript”. Thereafter, the value will be formatted automatically according to the specifications defined by your selected template.
To preview the last four hours ago, go to the previous page, and click on “azine-date”. This will open the four-hour ago page in your spreadsheet. Here, you can see the details of the call made on that day, and the number is shown in brackets. You may need to confirm the date before you can use the new value, which will replace the value currently shown there.

If you have any problems using the above methods to preview the PDF file, you may want to consider using the tools available in Microsoft Office Online. This is a free tool, which displays the contents of a PDF file in a format that is compatible with most word processors (including Microsoft Word). You may simply select the appropriate PDF file, then choose the “open with” application, then choose “open in MS Word”. This will open the contents of the file in MS Word, so you may edit, format, or search for the required information.
